1. Product classification and boundaries

VitalOne is marketed exclusively as a food supplement for generally healthy adults. We do not present it as preventing, treating, or curing disease, nor as a substitute for medicines or professional diagnosis. Website copy aligns with the principle that food supplements support general well-being and nutrient intake within a varied diet, not clinical outcomes.

Norwegian and EU context: Marketing of food supplements must not attribute disease-reducing properties to the product. Health-related wording on this site is limited to lifestyle, routine, and, where used, generally permitted nutritional descriptions consistent with applicable law and authorised claims applicable to the marketed formulation.

2. Honest and substantiated messaging

We avoid absolute guarantees, before-and-after promises, or language suggesting the product affects personality or replaces medical judgment. Operational statements about quality checks, documentation, or supplier diligence describe internal processes at a high level and are not clinical efficacy claims. If an advertisement or landing headline could be read as a health promise, supporting product pages restate classification and limitations.

3. Pricing, offers, and comparison pricing

Displayed prices are in Norwegian kroner unless otherwise stated at checkout. Where a reference or struck-through price appears, it represents a genuine selling basis applied in good faith (for example a prior list price or public promotion) and is not fictitious. Shipping, taxes, and any fees are—or will be—disclosed before payment confirmation. We do not rely on false scarcity; urgent wording is avoided.

4. Reviews, ratings, and social proof

Quotes and star summaries are illustrative consumer feedback or internal summaries unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not proof of typical results, medical benefit, or satisfaction for every buyer. We do not pay for undisclosed endorsements. If incentives are ever used for reviews, such campaigns will be labelled according to platform and national rules.

5. Destination experience and Google Ads alignment

Landing pages linked from paid campaigns aim to: identify the trader and product clearly; reproduce or link to shipping, returns, and privacy information; avoid misleading omissions about subscription or continuity offers (none are hidden on this site at the time of publication); and use HTTPS without mixed passive content for core assets. Destination content is intended to match the qualification and category of the ads we run. If a policy update requires copy changes, we reconcile ads and pages promptly.

6. Third-party platforms and cookies

Optional analytics or remarketing tags are activated only with consent where required. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for categories, retention, and rights.

7. Supervisory references (informational)

Consumers in Norway may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for general guidance. Food supplement rules are administered by national authorities (for product compliance, see public guidance from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, Mattilsynet). We provide these references for orientation; they do not constitute legal advice.

8. Updates

We revise this page when marketing practices, product scope, or platform rules change materially. The date shown in the header reflects the latest substantive review.
